To use the Email Notification feature,

STEP 1 : Click on the settings button inside rewards.

STEP 2 : Click Email notification.

Note: The SMTP needs to be configured to use the email notification feature.

There are 4 types of email notification which notifies the leads by sending emails.

Redeemable Rewards:  Automatically send reminder emails to customer for the redeemable rewards.

Reward Redeemed: Automatically send out emails to customer when someone redeems a reward. 

Admin Notification: Automatically send out emails to store admin when they get a new lead.

Bulk Notification: Send emails manually to all your leads. Works for bulk offers and promotions.
