User can convert the points earned as a cash

 

Points earned by the customer will be calculated as money value and they can exchange to redeem it, at the time of purchase.

 

To enable this, admin have to configure the Points value as follows,

 

Click on the Products from the left side menus

 

Click on Settings drop down and then Set Points Value

 

 

Enter the Reward Points in the first field and then enter the value for the points in the second field, then click on Save

 

For example, if you set $1 for 20 Reward Points, so if a user having 40 points will get $2 and they can redeem while purchasing products through online store

 

 

User can use the points and convert it to cash as follows,

 

Login to the membership and then click on the Profile image

 

Then click on the Reward Cash as shown in the image below

 

 

In this section, click on the Convert to Reward Cash button to convert the points to cash

 

 

Now the points (40 points) has been converted to Reward cash ($2) and the remaining points (10 points) is displayed 

 

 

User can use this reward cash while purchasing products from the store online
