Admin can add Reward points manually to a customer from the admin end as follows,
Click on the Customer and the Reward/Product customer from the left side menus
Click on Action (dots) and then View Points History as shown in the image below,
Click on the Add Reward Points button as shown in the image below
Enter the points to be awarded to a customer in the text field provided and click on Save
Now, the Reward points has been added to that particular customer and as this points are added by the admin, it
will be in approved status by default so that the points will be awarded to the customer as soon as it is added
