Admin can hold the reward points for verification and can approve after verifying the user

 

With this feature, admin can avoid fake users getting additional points

 

To enable Manual approval of Reward points, follow the steps below

 

Step 1: Click on Reward from the left side menus and then click on Settings drop down as shown in the image below



 

 

Step 2:  Click on Set Points from the drop down



 

 

Step 3: Click on the Add New button to add a new reward point



 

 

Or edit the existing points by clicking on the edit icon as shown in the image below



 

 

Step 4: Enable the Manual approve option using the toggle and click on Save



 

 

 

Now, whenever a customer scans the QR code the points status will be on pending status until the admin approves the point

 

Admin can view the status and approve the points as follows,

 

Click on the Customer and then the Rewards/Product customer from the left side menus





 

 

Click on the Action (dots) and then View points history



 

 

Admin can see status of the reward points in this section



 

 

Click on Action (dots) and then click on Approve to award points or else click on delete to remove the points as shown in the images below,



 


 

 

 

Once the reward points are approved then the earned points will be awarded to the customer and the status will be changed to Approved
